REQUIREMENTS FOR RENT

The minimum age for renting a vehicle is 25 years, if under this age and 21 years pay a penalty of $ 5 per day plus tax. (We reserve the right to admit people between 21 and 25 years).

Valid drivers license: The client and any additional drivers must possess a valid drivers license in the country of residence. The Dominicans nonresident or foreign passport should be presented, and Dominicans resident must present his identity card and voter. We reserve the right to verify drivers license under rules set by Adventure Rent a Car and deny the rent for the unit not complying with these rules.

Valid credit card:In Adventure accept the most recognized credit card at time of rental. Credit cards are accepted including: Visa, Master Card, American Express, must have these funds available for a hold or permit the amount of which depends on the vehicle and booked the rental days. The client may end of lease pay cash in Pesos (RD $), Euros (EUR) or Dollars (USD $).

Reservations: Reservations over the Internet, it is necessary to provide a credit card number. However, these reservations will be valid only until 2 hours after the time of retirement last vehicle.

Taxes: All charges are subject to tax of 16% for the ITBIS.

Additional charges are applicable only if:

"Drop-Off" (one-way): This charge only applies if the customer wishes to take the car in a city or airport and want to return the car elsewhere.

Gasoline:This charge applies only if the Customer to return the car, not delivered with the same fuel level as received.

Airport Fee (Fee Airport):this position is 10% and applies if the rent is an airport and may vary depending on location.

Fees: The fee includes rent the car for a specified period (day, week, month) and unlimited mileage. The minimum charge per rental will be one day (24 hours from the time of receiving the unit), regardless of the client works the car only a part of that time. For purposes of rental days will be considered for periods of 24 hours or fraction exceeding 4 hours. The rental fee does not include payment of fines, violations, carry cranes, gasoline, leave the car at another location (drop off), or any other customer charge.

Place and date of return of the car: The venue, date and time agreed to return the vehicle may not be modified without the prior written authorization from our offices. Failure to comply with this provision by the client, in addition to the charges resulting therefrom.

Additional driver:The customer may designate an additional driver over 25 years of age with valid drivers license issued by the competent authorities. This service will be charged an extra $ 3 plus tax. The additional driver will be subject to all obligations of the client in handling the vehicle and is also jointly liable with that in regard to liability for damages to third parties and / or the drive.
